Subscription Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased from Willa Farms, operated by Digital Dough LLC.

How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically for each renewal. The product, price, delivery frequency, and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Renewal frequency and prices

Subscriptions renew every 28 days. Subscription prices per renewal are US$38.99 for one bag, US$68.88 for two bags, and US$99.99 for three bags. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before purchase. Review your selected subscription terms before completing checkout.

How to skip an order

To skip an upcoming subscription order, use your subscription-management link or email support@willafarm.com before the next scheduled renewal charge. Include the email address used for your order and identify the order you want to skip. Skipping an order does not cancel your subscription; check your management link or contact support to confirm your next scheduled renewal.

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@willafarm.com from the email address used for your order. Include your name and order number, if available, and say that you want to cancel your subscription. If your confirmation email or customer account includes a Manage Subscription link, you may also use it to cancel.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. There is no cancellation fee.

Upcoming and processed orders

Cancel before your next scheduled renewal charge to stop that renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges and shipments; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. If an order has already been charged, contact us promptly. Any return or refund will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes to a subscription

For help changing your delivery schedule, shipping address, or payment method, use your subscription-management link if available or contact us at support@willafarm.com. Changes to an upcoming order should be made before its scheduled renewal charge.
