This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Willa Farms website, operated by Digital Dough LLC, doing business as Willa Farms.

Where we ship

We mainly serve the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, and offer worldwide shipping where a delivery option is available at checkout. If no shipping option appears for your address, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping offer applies only when it is shown as available for your order at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Order processing takes 1 day before we hand your order to a shipping carrier. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipment confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe provided when you placed it, we will contact you about the delay and your available options, including cancellation and a refund where required.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us at support@willafarm.com as soon as possible. We will try to make a correction before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at support@willafarm.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damage, please include photos of the package and items if possible. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

For return eligibility and instructions, see our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact customer support before mailing a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. The business mailing address below is not the return address.
