Tracking, explained

Where is my tracking number?

Look in your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and carrier link. The number on your order confirmation is an order number, so it won't work in the tracking field.

Why aren't there any updates?

A tracking number can be created before the carrier has scanned the parcel. Check that you've copied it correctly and try the carrier link in your shipping email. If you're unsure, contact us with your order number.

I can't find the shipping email.

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. You can also check your customer account, if you have one, or contact us for help finding your order.
